Our client, a global technology company serving industries including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, and HVAC, is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This is a 3-4 month long contract role.

This role will focus primarily on recruiting technical and professional talent, including engineering, technical sales, account management, and other specialized positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications5+ years of recruiting experience

Experience recruiting technical and professional positions

Corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Experience with Linked In Recruiter and applicant tracking systems

Ideal Candidate Energetic, positive, and relationship-focused

Strong communicator and team player

Comfortable discussing compensation and managing difficult conversations

Proven ability to attract and engage top talent

Skilled at building excitement around career opportunities and serving as a brand ambassador
