Senior Payroll Analyst

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Compensation: $55/hr

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations. This role will oversee and support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and review U.S. and Canadian semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Support payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean
• Utilize Workday and ADP for payroll processing and administration
• Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, Compliance, and external payroll vendors to resolve issues
• Manage payroll reconciliations, audits, year-end activities, tax filings, and statutory documents
• Ensure payroll accounts are properly reconciled with Finance and the general ledger
• Support payroll-related activities for employee leave, benefits, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and internal policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support the implementation of new payrolls and outsourced payroll solutions

• 5-8 years of progressive payroll experience
• Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience
• Workday HRIS experience highly preferred
• Experience with ADP and outsourced payroll providers
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment
