pThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of corporate functions, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

pThis position requires the ability to recruit across all corporate departments, including bringing strong experience and credibility in technical recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building talent pipelines, delivering market insights, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.

esponsibilities  ul liLead full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Product, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and Client Relations  /li

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies  /li

Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools such as Linked In and other platforms to attract high-quality, diverse talent  /li

Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, strong engagement, and a positive brand impression  /li

Facilitate interview processes, drive alignment among stakeholders, and guide hiring decisions  /li

Leverage data and reporting to monitor pipeline health, improve recruiting effectiveness, and inform business decisions  /li

Provide market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategies and workforce planning  /li

Represent Rewards Network at recruiting events, networking events, and industry engagements to build brand awareness and talent pipelines  /li

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Rewards Network’s position as an employer of choice  /li

Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders on broader talent initiatives   pThis is a hybrid position that requires in-office presence 3 days a week in Chicago (Tuesday-Thursday). /p equirements  ul liBachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience  /li

5+ years of corporate, in-house recruiting experience  /li

Proven ability to recruit across multiple corporate functions, including demonstrated success hiring for technical positions  /li

Strong communication (written and oral), organization and collaboration skills  /li

Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes  /li

Strong sourcing skills and experience building proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets, including proficiency with Linked In Recruiter  /li

Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse…
