Groundswell is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate verification, workflow audits, employee referrals, and sourcing. This hybrid role is based in McLean, VA, with in-person interview support and welcoming candidate sessions.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting coordination experience, Workday familiarity, OFCCP/compliance knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. Onsite 2–3 days/week.
