Cycle Recruiter

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Full-Cycle Recruiter opportunity in New York or Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule. • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy for open sales requisitions.
• Lead and facilitate key recruiting steps such as kickoff meetings, sourcing sessions, hiring strategy discussions, and panel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the recruiting process.
• Proactively monitor recruiting performance and use data such as time in stage, conversion rates, and offer activity to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze hiring data and generate actionable insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making.

• Recruiting experience in sales/commercial organizations
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.
• Comfort using recruiting data to manage pipeline health and guide decisions.
• Strong judgment around prioritization, candidate evaluation, and process improvement.

• Pay: $56.44/hr.
• Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

This Full-Cycle Recruiter is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $56.44 per hour
