Senior Recruiter, Experienced Hire

Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Experienced Hire to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across professional, management, and leadership-level positions. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires a recruiter who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and manage searches from intake through offer acceptance.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire and leadership-level talent
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment interviews
• Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to business leaders
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on selection decisions
• Support offer development, compensation discussions, and candidate negotiations
• Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong stakeholder communication

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting experienced professionals, managers, and leadership talent
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills
• Experience with candidate assessment, offer negotiations, and compensation discussions
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience supporting professional services, consulting, corporate, technology, finance, or other knowledge-based organizations is preferred
