Workday Hcm Analyst
We are seeking a well-rounded Workday Hcm Analyst to provide maternity leave coverage for a key member of the HR Systems team. This individual will support ongoing HR business process configuration, Workday administration, reporting, and stakeholder support across HR functions. The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades" within the Workday Hcm ecosystem who can work directly with HR teams, gather requirements, and help maintain critical business processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HR business processes.
- Support core Hcm functionality across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and HR stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Support Workday Recruiting and Learning modules.
- Troubleshoot issues and manage requests through a ticketing system.
- Participate in change control processes, including testing, approvals, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with developers by translating business requirements into functional requirements.
- Assist with Workday reporting and business process reporting.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR users.
