You provide strategic talent solutions, build and maintain proactive pipelines for near‑ and long‑term needs, and deliver data‑informed recommendations to stakeholders. You operate as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals and deliver high‑quality hires that strengthen our business and culture.

Job responsibilities:

  • Qualify new requisitions, ensuring details are accurate and job descriptions align with global guidance.
  • Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers; advise on recruitment processes, controls, and policies.
  • Map talent proactively; build, curate, and manage candidate pools; operate as a market specialist.
  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates across multiple channels, partnering with sourcing as needed.
  • Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Partner with interview scheduling to coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication; share feedback and disposition candidates in real time.
  • Act as a subject matter expert; influence decisions and manage hiring manager and candidate expectations effectively.
  • Conduct pre‑offer calls; own offer negotiation and end‑to‑end offer management.
  • Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation to secure appropriate offer approvals.
  • Present recruiting updates to senior client groups and manage escalations effectively.
