• Work with clients to understand their supply chain needs, identify gaps in current processes, and define requirements for the SAP B4NL solution.
• Configure and customize the SAP B4NL modules and its associated functionalities, such as transportation management (TM) and logistics network features, to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage and guide the implementation of SAP B4NL projects, including data migration from legacy systems, system integration with other SAP modules, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Oversee the process of managing freight orders, including carrier interactions, cost management, and handling discrepancies or disputes.
• Implement processes for invoice submission, including managing unplanned costs and creating dispute cases in the system when necessary.
• Advise clients on how to leverage SAP B4NL for process optimization in areas like logistics, procurement, and carrier management.
• Maintain a deep functional and technical understanding of the SAP logistics and network landscape to provide effective solutions and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Technical discussions with key stakeholders
• Interaction with Technical SMEs
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Communication, lead team, etc…
• Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP Pricing support, SAP solution architecture in Pricing area.
• Provide day-to-day support for the SAP applications in the Pricing area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
• Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide a satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
• Responsible for implementing procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency, monitor compliance, and mitigate risks to achieve team results.
• Configuration and documentation of new design.
• Develop proof of concept business processes.
• Support change and release management processes for SAP application.
• Support test processes and user training for SAP Pricing business process area.
• Status update to customer and management; offshore coordination
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
