Job DescriptionService Now Service Mapping / ITOM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a proven track record of successful deployments for external customers.
Responsibilities- Craft, configure, script, and own the technical solution on the Service Now platform to ensure successful deployment for our customers.
- Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine Service Now platform requirements (Stories) and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.
- Demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by Service Now, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Service Now development experience, as detailed above
