Job DescriptionRole Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP implementation and transformation projects for a global agricultural equipment manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, technical resources, and vendors
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and UAT activities
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide status updates and executive presentations to stakeholders
- 7+ years of SAP project management experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4
HANA preferred) - Proven track record managing full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or SAP certification preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial equipment industry experience is a plus
