Senior ETL​/Datastage Developer

We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team.

This high-impact role involves working across multiple source systems hosted on diverse technology stacks, with a strong focus on stability, automation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM Data Stage and UNIX scripting.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM Data Stage.
• Work on Master Data Management initiatives to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from over 30 source systems.
• Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Strong experience with IBM Data Stage and ETL development.
• Proficiency in UNIX scripting for automation and process control.
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices.
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL development.
• Familiarity with Java for integration and customization tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
