Senior Application Analyst, Epic Clin Doc, Bipolar Disorder Center - Full-time, Days
At Northwestern Medicine, the Senior Application Analyst is integral to our mission to provide high-valued health care solutions. The role supports and maintains assigned services and systems within the Epic Clin Doc platform across the Bipolar Disorder Center.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain assigned services and systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades.
- Manage the production issue queue and resolve issues while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements.
- Lead and execute project tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development, and delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to ongoing processes integrating end‑user requests with software functionality.
- Analyze and provide recommendations on application build and functionality to ensure reliability.
- Demonstrate diagnostic skills to assist with problem determination and solution across the NMHC IS environment.
- Participate in on‑call rotation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in core discipline.
