About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Program Director to lead a high-visibility Enterprise Data Unification and Cloud Modernization program. Reporting directly to the VP of Data & AI, you’ll work closely with C-suite executives and vendor partners to deliver one of the company’s most strategic transformation initiatives.
The mission:
consolidate multiple legacy data environments (Teradata, Hive, AWS) into a unified, Google Cloud native ecosystem powered by Big Query, Cloud Composer, Dataproc Serverless, and Keboola (ETL).
- Lead the end-to-end Data Unification & Cloud Modernization program (initiation, stabilization).
- Establish program governance: steering committees, milestones, risk tracking, dashboards.
- Coordinate across internal data/AI teams, vendor partners, and global business functions.
- Oversee migration from legacy systems to Big Query and modern ETL/orchestration.
- Drive adoption of unified data standards, governance, and self-service analytics.
- Translate complex data and cloud initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
- 10-15 years managing large-scale data or cloud transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (Big Query, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Vertex AI) or equivalent modern stacks.
- Experienced in multi-vendor management and executive-level stakeholder communication.
- Skilled in ETL/ELT orchestration (Keboola, Airflow, Talend) and data governance.
- Pragmatic, structured, and business-oriented with proven results in enterprise delivery.
