Position: ServiceNow Solution Architect (Senior Manager)

** Key Responsibilities
** Participates in requirements workshops and / or story grooming for a Huron Service Now project ##
** Required Qualifications
** 5+ years in a Service Now technical delivery capacity (preferably with an Elite-level Service Now partner - not in an internal role) Progressive growth through experience as a developer and senior developer Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI Knowledge of virtual agent Knowledge / Certification / experience with Performance Analytics  Strong JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge / experience

Knowledge / experience with Now Create / Service Now Best Practices

Experience with one or more of the following Service Now modules
** preferred**: CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRCImpact:

The estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $190,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $189,750 - $237,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
