Financial Systemsto serve as an internal consultant and strategic partner to Finance and business stakeholders. This role combines deep IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) expertise with end-to-end implementation experience, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of enterprise planning and reporting solutions.

This is a highly visible, consultative role for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, translating business needs into scalable TM1 solutions, and owning systems from design through deployment and ongoing optimization.

• Act as the functional and technical owner of the TM1 environment, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes.
• Design, build, and enhance TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, rules, processes, and security frameworks.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity across all TM1 applications.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of new planning or reporting applications, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders to define requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Manage integrations between TM1 and source systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, data warehouses, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working meetings with end users to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting for complex user and system issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize financial planning and reporting processes.

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, EPM, or FP&A systems roles, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with IBM Planning Analytics/TM1.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end implementations of TM1.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Experience working directly with end users in a consultative, business‑facing capacity.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical system solutions.
