** What You'll Bring:
*** Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

** Impact You'll Make:**
* ** In First 30 days:
** Contribute to the full system lifecycle; from client and sales engagement, requirements gathering and criteria analysis, to the reviewing of the fulfillment of the solution for internal and external customers.
* ** In First 90 days:
** Successful analysis of customer business requirements by assisting the technical team with developing an end to end processing solution that includes design, setup, test, delivery and documentation.
* ** Beyond 90 days:
** Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output, based on requirements from the customer, which also includes direct customer communication to audit the results. Analyze and interpret how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
