Communications Platform Manager

* Analyze engagement metrics and usage patterns across all internal channels to understand what resonates with colleagues and drives meaningful connection.
* Work in partnership with the Internal Content Manager and wider Internal Communications team to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen communications and enhance employee experience.
* Utilize analytics tools (Power BI, ty Graph) to identify trends, extract meaningful stories from data, and inform channel strategy decisions.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in digital communications, platform management, or internal communications—ideally in large and/or global organizations.
* 3+ years of hands-on SharePoint 365 experience, creating and managing sites that drive user engagement and adoption.
* Proven experience with Poppulo or equivalent enterprise email platforms for large-scale email campaigns and audience targeting.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, ty Graph, Google Analytics) and demonstrated ability to identify and extract meaningful insights from data.
* Strong understanding of the internal digital landscape, particularly in colleague engagement, AI applications, and content sharing in large-scale corporate environments.
* Experience managing multiple platforms, projects, and stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations.
* Track record of using data analytics to inform platform optimization and content strategy decisions.
* Experience with project management and change management in digital transformation initiatives.
* Passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that enhance colleague engagement and connection.
* Data-driven and analytical mindset, comfortable mining and analyzing metrics to shape channel strategy and optimization decisions.
* Technical proficiency combined with editorial sensibility and attention to user experience design.

* Excellent problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize platform functionality for diverse global audiences.
