Based in the northern suburbs of Chicago, this permanent role offers the chance to make a significant impact by driving data maturity, shaping the analytics landscape, and collaborating closely with senior decision-makers. Our client is committed to innovation and building a cutting-edge analytics platform from the ground up.

As a Sr. Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in building the core analytics platform and environment entirely from scratch. In this dynamic position, you will:

• Lead research and development efforts in analytics, advancing the use of predictive analytics, AI, and large language models (LLMs).
• Help shape the future of data maturity and quality within the organization.
• Work in an AWS environment, fully migrated by August, while leveraging advanced cloud-based tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, including C-suite executives, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization.
• Join a growing team of 2-3 architects, with the opportunity to build out and manage a dedicated Data Engineering team.

• Leadership and Innovation: Ability to lead R&D efforts, choose the appropriate tools, and set strategic technical direction.
• AWS Expertise: Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms and their capabilities, with a specific focus on AWS.
• Business Acumen: Proficiency in understanding the broader business context and translating it into actionable strategies.
• Technical Communication: Effective liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.

This position requires working onsite in Lincolnshire, IL, three days a week.
