• Own key user journeys, from integration to core business operation
• Help shape product direction and establish practices to address user needs
• Collaborate with various teams (engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance) during the product development lifecycle
• Own the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for your Banking as a Service product area
• Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product role
• Strong focus on user experiences, from front-end UI to technical integrations
• Proven obsession with product quality
• Domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, funds storage, or remittance
• Experience building platform and/or API products

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems
• Ability to empathize with users and craft great experiences
• Willingness to take on diverse challenges to solve problems and delight users
