Responsibilities
  • Own and oversee the entire post-sales customer journey, including onboarding, training, engagement, and renewals
  • Assess customers’ business and technical requirements to ensure our SaaS platform meets their needs
  • Lead project delivery, managing risks and ensuring high-quality standards during implementation
  • Act as the primary relationship owner, proactively engaging with customers to ensure product adoption and success
  • Monitor customer engagement and conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance
Qualifications
  • Based in the U.S. (East Coast preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, and delivery of technology solutions, preferably within SaaS
  • Proven expertise in project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with data integrations and analytics tools
  • Ability to capture customer feedback and advocate for improvements to the platform
