Department OverviewThis opportunity is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team (GTIO), where our mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald’s works. We offer outstanding foundational technology products and services such as Global Networking, Cloud, End User Computing, and IT Service Management! It’s our goal to always provide an engaging, relevant, and simple experience for our customers.
Reporting to the GTIO Senior Director, Technology Deployment, they will anticipate and lead the strategic and tactical needs for GTIO while leading all aspects of the translation of business needs into effective IT processes and technical solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Technology Deployment to play a key part in defining best practice whilst leading initiatives like Edge and GRNT from delivery to deployment across our restaurant technology platform, which provides the standard foundation for business applications and services to run in the McDonald’s ecosystem.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing every element of Edge & GRNT deployment and market readiness.
- Assisting in defining Definition of Ready and Definition of Done and enforcing entrance & Exit/Success criteria for all phases of development
