Job Description:
  • We are implementing a global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process designed to strengthen cross-functional alignment, enhance business resiliency, and improve business performance across its Global Markets.
  • Following the successful design of the S&OP framework, the build out of its supporting digital capabilities, and early adoption in initial pilot markets, the organization is now well underway with a critical phase of global deployment and continuous enhancement.
  • To support this effort, we are seeking a Project Manager who will provide professional project management leadership for the rollout and evolution of the S&OP process and its associated digital solution.
  • The Project Manager needs to manage the overall project plan and day-to-day work streams such as the sub-teams that roll out the business process and the associated digital / technology solutions to our markets.
  • The Project Manager also optimizes the deployment methodology and coordinates the respective Change Management activities.
  • Project Delivery & Governance:
    • Build and maintain integrated project plans (scope, schedule, dependencies, change control) for multi region S&OP deployments, update status and decision logs.
    • Drive and hold the project team to account for delivering against the plan.
    • Facilitate governance routines (core team meetings, Steer Co preps, risk reviews), escalating issues with clear options/impacts and owners.
    • Identify and engage stakeholders actively per project as required.
    • Leverage lessons learned to optimize deployment methodology.
  • Cross
    -Functional Coordination:
    • Orchestrate work streams spanning Global/Local Supply Chain, Technology, Business Insights, Marketing, Finance, Supplier's, consultants, and project managers for related work streams.
    • Coordinate with SME's to align dependencies across process, data, and technology (e.g., planning systems, data pipelines, and integrations).
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Maintain a structured RAID log; quantify schedule/benefit impact; drive mitigation with accountable owners.
    • Identify critical path and proactively "unblock" dependencies across teams and vendors.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Publish executive ready dashboards and narratives (milestones, progress, risks, benefits) with data driven recommendations.
    • Provide ongoing status reporting for projects, ensuring a consistently high standard of reporting, on time, in full, highlighting exceptions for Management attention.
  • Change Management:
    • Coordinate and support change management activities with the program's CM lead as needed: stakeholder mapping, comms cadences, training plans, role based enablement, and super user networks.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP/Prince2 or Agile certification a plus.
  • Great Organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to hold teams and individuals to account;
    Experienced in dealing with conflict.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Self-motivated; works with a sense of urgency; bias for action approach.
  • 6
    -10+ years of project management experience in large, cross functional initiatives; global deployment experience strongly preferred.
  • Flexibility for early/late calls across time zones.
  • Experience with Technology deployment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading without direct authority, coordinating SME's, facilitating decisions among senior stakeholders, and driving accountability across regions.
  • Proficiency with PM tools and collaboration suites (e.g., MS Project/Smartsheet).
  • Technically competent with MS Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent communication: concise executive updates, meeting facilitation, and clear written documentation.
  • Hands on experience supporting S&OP/IBP or adjacent planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, scenario planning) is a plus.
