AI Advisory Solution Architect

AI Solution Architect — you will define architectural patterns to prove the value of the Service Now platform in days, translating ambitious AI visions into solution blueprints and proofs of concepts that deliver measurable outcomes. You will be the trusted technical partner for customers, backing design decisions and validating solutions that accelerate deals.

Purpose: Design and deliver AI Experience architectures, proof of concepts, and solution blueprints to accelerate customer journeys. AI Solution Architects support design, architecture, and proofs of concept for the AI Experience across the Service Now platform (inclusive of skills and workflows).

• Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and Platform solutions, translating customer requirements into actionable blueprints.
• Showcase platform capabilities through technical deep-dive demos that educate customers on architectural possibilities, integration capabilities, and the solution’s technical foundation.
• Develop proofs of concepts and technical validation frameworks for customers in your assigned districts.
• Collaborate with AI Experience Solution Consultants to ensure the solution blueprint aligns to customer priorities and workshop outcomes.
• Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns that multiply team productivity and enable consistent high-quality delivery at scale.

• Expertise in AI architecture, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.
• Ability to design and build end-to-end solutions with scalability, performance, and rapid implementation in mind.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, specialists, and product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build technical credibility quickly and influence customer architectural direction.
• 7+ years in architecture or pre-sales engineering roles.

Service Now Platform Mastery

Deep technical mastery of Service Now’s core platform capabilities (data model, flows, integration hub, scripting, UI frameworks, security model, etc.). This foundation enables Solution Architects to design AI Experience solutions that are performant, scalable, and fully leverage the platform’s native capabilities. AI Solution Architects should stay current with platform releases and emerging features.

Communication & Customer Partnership

The ability to build trusted relationships with customer platform owners, architects, and CTOs—quickly establishing credibility through technical depth and a consultative approach. This includes earning a seat at the table for architectural decisions and shaping technical direction.

Execution & Ownership

Reliable delivery against commitments, with the ability to manage multiple technical work streams, prioritize under pressure, and drive proofs of concepts and design sessions to completion without constant oversight.

Architectural Design & Solution Blueprint

Translate customer requirements into comprehensive, scalable blueprints that bridge sales and implementation, designing end-to-end architectures with performance, integration, and extensibility in mind.

Proof of Concept Delivery

Rapidly design and build focused proof of concepts that validate feasibility and demonstrate tangible value, accelerating customer confidence to move forward.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Solution Consultants, Specialists, and Industry Enterprise Architects to align AI Experience solutions with account strategy and roadmaps, contributing to reference architectures and reusable assets.
