• Collaborate across teams and advocate for Agile methodologies.
• Design and deploy planning platforms like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, SAP IBP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of planning tools.
• Develop solution architecture ensuring integration with enterprise systems.
• Manage organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Build relationships with clients and lead project teams.

• Bachelor’s or master’s in relevant fields.
• 5+ years’ experience in planning platform implementations.
• Experience with supply chain, merchandising, finance, or workforce planning.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.
