The Role

We’re looking for aProject Managerto lead the post-sale onboarding process for new clinics joining Looped. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the buildout of each clinic’s platform experience – from kickoff through configuration to successful launch. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics after the sale

Develop and manage project plans for onboarding and launch

Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to configure the platform

Lead kickoff and training sessions with clinic stakeholders

Customize platform setup to meet each clinic’s workflow and goals

Track milestones, manage timelines, and resolve roadblocks

Ensure clinics are fully trained, supported, and confident at launch

What We’re Looking For:

️ 3+ years in project management, onboarding, or implementation (SaaS or healthcare preferred)

️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

️ Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

️ Comfortable working cross-functionally and interfacing with clients

️ Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving mindset

️ Bonus:
Experience in healthcare operations, digital health, or EHR systems
