Overview
Reporting to the Director of Digital Commerce Analytics, the Associate Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics is responsible for developing insights and leading strategic projects to accelerate the growth of Kimberly-Clark’s North America Omnichannel business and drive the development of digital commerce capabilities. The Associate Director will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Brand Management, Digital Commerce, and Marketing, and manage a team of 1–2.
InThis Role, You Will
- Perform analyses and lead projects to identify acceleration opportunities, including independent analysis and team guidance to grow digital presence across categories (assortment and pricing, retail media, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, competitive activity and insights).
- Own problem definition, project scoping, analytical approach, and work-planning; add personal insight and influence discussions across the organization on strategic issues.
- Support digital commerce analytic capability development by mapping opportunities across data, tools, and processes; develop standards for measuring performance; manage relationships with senior analytics stakeholders, vendors, and consultants; monitor external analytics trends; and support technology stack evaluations against the roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on analytics strategy, including Data & Analytics Product Management, Brand Teams, Digital Commerce, Category Management, Customer Teams, RGM, and external partners (e.g., Retail Media Agency, data vendors).
- Expertise in CPG and eCommerce.
- Knowledge of key players, dynamics, trends, industry analyses, and metrics.
- Proficient in eCommerce operations and KPIs, including Retail Media networks, organic and paid growth strategies, and the range of data and technology players.
- Leading & embedding change: manage complex projects, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Influence & stakeholder management: navigate organizational complexities to deliver results and align across levels and functions.
- Written & verbal communication: lead leadership communications and craft compelling storylines.
- Executive presence: influence decision-making among senior stakeholders.
- Business judgment: assess risks and opportunities to drive favorable outcomes.
- Initiative and motivation: self-starter who is performance-driven.
- Project management: scope projects, lead teams, and deliver on time and within budgets.
- Consumer industry knowledge (CPG and Retail): understanding key players, dynamics, and metrics.

Qualifications- MBA from a top-tier business school highly preferred.
- 7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting or related business analytics with a history of success; preference for eCommerce experience.
- 3+ years of consulting experience with a blue-chip strategy firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or equivalent.
