You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower is using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems. You’re comfortable leading projects and teams as well as diving into work streams and configuring Oracle solutions. Our practice covers both the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture.

You also have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Invoice to Cash (I2C) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
• Help clients understand leading Invoice to Cash business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Invoice to Cash solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Invoice to Cash solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to ensure projects get delivered.
• Support business development and sales efforts by growing your skills.
• Stay informed on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide the best solutions for clients.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables and Oracle Cloud Advanced Collections
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on an Oracle Cloud transformation project
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification

• You have good cross-functional knowledge of other Oracle Cloud products
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
• You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
• You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans
