Position Overview

We seek a Solutions Engineer with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting technology solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a technical background combined with good communication skills to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.

We provide training on all products and will mentor where needed.

Responsibilities
  • Solution Implementation and Support: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand business requirements and leverage our offerings in AI, Print Management, Document Management, Business Process Optimization, Conference Room and other Video Technology.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise across all areas of our product line. Lead the configuration, integration, and deployment of solutions to ensure seamless implementation and optimal performance.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sales through post-implementation support, ensuring their needs are met and they fully realize the value of our solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solution implementations. Provide ongoing support to address any technical challenges that arise.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solution support, implementation processes, and technical configurations. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure thorough understanding of the solutions deployed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with vendors support teams, Clients, and sales to provide feedback on product, address technical challenges, and ensure continuous improvement of our offerings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in understanding network environments, Microsoft and Google platforms, software implementations, a strong foundation in print management software, Document Management, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand new technologies, with a particular interest in digital transformation and AI Automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams and non-technical clients.
  • Experience working with a variety of industries, showing versatility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
