Security Technology Lead- CyberArk PAM

We’re looking for a hands-on Security Tech Lead with deep expertise in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join a high-impact enterprise security team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting large-scale Cyber Ark and application security solutions that protect critical systems used by tens of thousands of users.

• Lead Cyber Ark PAM implementations (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AIM/AAM, Conjur)
• Design and execute Cyber Ark integration and deployment plans
• Develop and unit test PSM connectors and CPM plugins
• Implement AIM/AAM and Conjur SDKs for application integration
• Automate Cyber Ark operations using Power Shell / scripting
• Partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to onboard platforms and privileged accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve production Cyber Ark issues
• Drive improvements in code quality, security posture, and operational efficiency

• 5+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in Application Security
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cyber Ark CorePAS
• Experience developing or managing CPM plugins and PSM connectors
• Solid understanding of IAM/PAM, authentication, authorization, and security principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across teams and lead technical initiatives

• Application Security or Dev Sec Ops  experience
• Active Directory (AD), ADFS
• Power Shell, Shell scripting, automation
• SIEM, monitoring, or compliance environments
