The Role
- Develop statistical and machine learning models to support predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern ETL frameworks.
- Design experiments and hypothesis testing frameworks to evaluate product impact.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Implement monitoring and validation processes to ensure data quality and model reliability.
- 3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning roles.
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data solutions from ingestion to production.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, regression, time-series forecasting, and experimentation.
- Solid experience with SQL and Python (or R) within cloud-based environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in cross-functional teams.
