Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Residential Mortgage domain
. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, document functionality, and support data-related processes including data flow analysis and ETL understanding
.
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
- Analyze end-to-end data flows within mortgage systems.
- Work with ETL teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation.
- Support business processes and help translate needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Prior experience in Residential Mortgage or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of data flow, ETL processes, and system functionality
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago 2–3 days per week.
