Position Overview:
We are looking for an Ashling Power Platform Developer to have developed at least 2 or more Microsoft Power Platform-centric projects that demonstrate experience with the Power Platform in the development, unit testing, deployment and troubleshooting of a solution.
What You Will Do:As an Ashling Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions to our internal stakeholders with the potential of consulting with our external stakeholders as well. In return, we will make sure you stay current with a variety of Microsoft and other industry technologies and certifications.
Digital Process Automation (DPA):
- Design, build, and maintain DPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flow and Desktop.
- Leverage your expertise to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
- Create user-friendly applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Prioritize user experience by designing intuitive interfaces.
- Implement robust error handling mechanisms to ensure app reliability.
- Optimize app performance by minimizing data calls, using caching, and optimizing formulas.
- Develop custom connectors within the Power Platform to seamlessly integrate with other systems.
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, business rules, and data relationships.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts.
- Understand requirements, establish project priorities, and define clear project scopes.
- Manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including Integration Test Plans, Release Notes, and Deployment guides.
- Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. - 2 to 4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) solution and implementation space is a must-have.
- Experience developing and data-modeling with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Proficiency in developing Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps.
- Experience developing custom connectors within the Power Platform.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining desktop automation (RPA) using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Understanding of security roles, permissions, and data access.
- Familiarity with governance and DLP policies in Power Platform.
- A clear understanding and use of Power FX and development methods.
- Experience working with enterprise CRM (Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Power Virtual Agents/Co-Pilot is a plus but not required.
- Power BI experience is a plus but not required.
- Design, build and maintain business process automation (BPA) using Microsoft Power Automate Business Process Flow is also a plus but not required.
- Development of Azure logic apps and functions will be beneficial in this role.
- Proficiency in creating Power Shell scripts.
- Understanding the software development lifecycle, and the ability to accurately communicate task status.
