Project Manager - Delivery Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our project planning and execution for AI programs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, and governance, ensuring successful delivery of AI initiatives from discovery to production.

• Proven experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on Agile and hybrid methodologies
• Strong understanding of AI delivery life cycles and risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in RAID and dependency management
• Familiarity with Python and FastAPI integration patterns
• Understanding of Lang Chain/Lang Graph concepts, RAG workflows, and database basics

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Service Now for knowledge and change management

• Establish and maintain integrated project plans for AI initiatives
• Run Agile ceremonies and adapt to hybrid delivery needs
• Manage RAID logs with clear owners, due dates, and mitigations
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across various teams
• Track budgets, vendor engagement, and resourcing
• Ensure Responsible AI governance and drive readiness for production support
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and support evaluation pipelines
• Align security and compliance reviews with enterprise standards
