Role SummaryThe Principal, Data Solutions Architect is a senior, technically credible pre-sales role that sits at the intersection of engineering expertise, solution architecture, and go-to-market execution. This role exists to ensure Math Co brings strong, delivery-grounded technical leadership into enterprise sales conversations across data, analytics, cloud, and AI.
Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, the Principal, Data Solutions Architecture partners closely with GTM, Data and Engineering and Technology leadership to shape solution approaches, define architectural direction, and validate feasibility early in sales cycles. This role supports direct sales, partner-led pursuits, and complex enterprise engagements, and is not tied exclusively to alliance or co-sell work.
The Principal, Data Solutions Architect acts as the technical authority in the room, helping clients and internal teams understand how Math Co would realistically execute proposed solutions
-without owning commercial closing or day-to-day delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who began their career in hands-on delivery, has grown into architecture and solutioning roles, and is comfortable influencing deals through technical credibility rather than selling or execution ownership.
