Pipeline Opportunity

This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Architecture Integration needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise architecture integration activities across multiple business units and global regions as part of the M&A integration roadmap.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Architects, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to define the target-state architecture that supports operational efficiency, scalability, and future innovation.
  • Drive application rationalization by assessing current application portfolios, identifying redundancies, and developing recommendations for consolidation, modernization, or decommissioning.
  • Oversee work streams focused on data model harmonization, integration patterns, API management, and core platform alignment to ensure consistency and interoperability across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with ERP, CRM, data, and infrastructure teams to align technology strategies and ensure the integrated architecture supports critical business functions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, and status reporting to track progress against milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Ensure architecture decisions are aligned with the organization’s overall digital transformation strategy, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steering committee presentations, driving clarity and executive buy-in for architecture-related decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to integration complexity, data migration, and change management, ensuring minimal business disruption during transition phases.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology investments, vendor selections, and innovation opportunities that enhance the long-term value of the combined enterprise.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Program Management, or Technology Integration, with a proven track record leading large-scale transformation or M&A initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of core enterprise systems including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), and data integration platforms (Informatica, Mule Soft, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
  • Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, system interoperability, cloud architecture, and integration frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at both executive and technical levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
    Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent architecture/program management certification highly desirable.
