We are seeking a visionary CTO to lead our engineering organization from early production to global mass deployment.

As CTO, you will serve as the primary technical authority, owning the technology roadmap and leading a multi-disciplinary team of 50+ engineers across robotics, software, and hardware.

• Vision: Define the long-term tech roadmap and lead IP/patent strategy.
• Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering organization.
• Architecture: Oversee system architecture for robotics platforms and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Partnership: Serve as a key executive partner to the CEO and represent the technology to investors and stakeholders.

• 15+ years in tech leadership; 8+ years in executive roles (CTO/VP).
• Deep Expertise: Robotics, AI/ML, computer vision, or advanced manufacturing.
• Scaling Success: Proven track record of growing technical teams in high-growth environments.
• Credibility: Strong hardware/software background with experience in production robotics.
• Education: MS/PhD in Robotics, CS, or Engineering preferred.
