Sr. IT Project Manager - Testing Pillar

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate all Quality Assurance (QA) testing deliverables across complex technology initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong project management discipline, deep understanding of SDLC and QA processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and experience managing testing activities within fast‑paced, enterprise‑level programs.

• Facilitate review and/or formal sign‑off of QA testing deliverables, including Test Plans, Test Results, and Test Completion documentation.
• Ensure all testing artifacts meet organizational standards and align with project objectives.

• Test cycle timelines
• Maintain routine Jira field hygiene at the program, project, and epic levels (P1–P4) to ensure accurate reporting of ticket status, RYG indicators, and percent complete.
• Collaborate with QA Scrum Masters to maintain Jira boards, stories, tasks, sub‑tasks, dependencies, and requirements traceability.

• Ensure adherence to EPMO project management standards and documentation procedures.
• Support budget tracking, resource management, risk management, project status reporting, and PWA maintenance.

• Provide hands‑on coordination of daily testing activities across teams.
• Drive issue resolution, triage defects, and track progress of test case execution, bugs, incidents, and testing metrics.

• Deliver daily and weekly testing status updates to leadership, highlighting milestones, progress, blockers, risks, and key metrics.
• Prepare clear, concise executive‑level summaries and dashboards.

• Lead status meetings with cross‑pillar business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment across teams and escalade risks or dependencies as needed.
