A leading research organization is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technologist I to provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint systems, including desktops and laptops. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in a helpdesk environment with a strong focus on customer service. Responsibilities include logging support tickets, assisting with installation and support of software, and ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software systems.
Candidates must have experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365. This position requires U.S. citizenship.
