Overview

Working closely with both internal and external business partners, the Director of Analytics will establish the systems and talent needed to tie our clients’ marketing to their real-world business goals. In this capacity, they will create measurement plans, reporting standards, BI tools, and best practices needed to turn data into great stories. As the leader of the analytics team within our global center of excellence, they will also partner closely with local market teams to ensure that a deep understanding of our global data strategy and standards are understood and adopted.

This role reports directly into the SVP, Analytics.

Qualifications
  • Education, Experience, & Background
    • B.A. or B.S., preferably in a quantitative field
    • 8+ years of experience working in a media‑centric analytics capacity
    • Agency experience with familiarity with global account on‑boarding preferred.
    • Firm understanding of a broad range of digital and traditional media channels
    • Experience with independently managing a team, and client relationships.
    • Able to comfortably communicate complex ideas simply to senior level internal and external partners
    • Ability to develop frameworks, learning agendas and steer complex analytics projects
    • Ability to service clients, partners, and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity and comfort working with the following data
    • Ad Servers (ex. Double Click), Social Platforms (Ex. Meta), website analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst), and ad verification partners (ex. Double Verify & Moat)
    • 3rd Party Media Measurement Services: MMM, Multi‑touch Attribution, Brand/Sales Lift,
    • Experience with third party reach measurement partners such as Ispot, Nielsen and com Score
  • Technical Skills
    • Advanced Excel skills (macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
    • Business Intelligence Tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
    • ML/statistical programming languages (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
    • Some experience working with relational databases, SQL

Compensation Range: $175,000- $180,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
