Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on program activities and priorities across Logistics & Planning for both Log.
OS and Champions programs. - Develop, maintain, and communicate the Log.
OS and Champions annual calendars and operating rhythms, aligning business priorities, quarterly milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities. - Manage MBO and performance frameworks; adjust, track and communicate Log.
OS MBOs and Champions objectives, ensuring transparent dissemination to stakeholders. - Define, track and report KPIs and savings; partner with Finance and operations to define KPI sets and savings definitions, maintain dashboards and trackers to validate project benefits and pipeline.
- Support identification and prioritization of productivity projects; analyze operations data, surface high-impact opportunities, quantify expected savings, help build business cases, and prioritize initiatives for deployment.
- Manage the self-assessment and Check-to-Coach processes; conduct training sessions, track completion, consolidate health-check results, support communication and materials, and summarize outcomes for leadership.
- Develop and maintain program content and standard work; author and update Log.
OS guidebooks, training materials, and governance documentation; ensure consistency across pillars and sites. - Conduct implementation on warehouses, including building an implementation roadmap, guiding self-assessment completion for initial baseline, training, coaching action plan creation, and supervising the first follow-up sessions.
- Own program communications and governance materials; prepare internal materials for meetings and committees, coordinate stakeholder communications, and present program status and outcomes to leadership.
- Build and maintain tools and platforms; manage Log.
OS/Champions platforms, SharePoint dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and trackers; handle change requests and ensure tools remain effective and current. - Coach and train teams; deliver training to logistics and operations teams to resolve program questions, drive capability building, and embed continuous improvement mindsets.
- Ensure benefits realization and sustainment; partner with sites and finance to track actuals vs. forecasted savings, validate capture, and drive countermeasures if results lag expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). SQL or similar data-query skills a plus.
- Proven project management capability; deliverables-focused, able to manage multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to mid and senior leadership.
- Highly motivated, curious, well-organized, and able to coach operational teams to adopt new ways of working.
- Highly organized, with strong ownership and follow-through; able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
- Willingness to travel (~5-10%).
New Hire Base Salary Range
$89,800.00 - $
Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
