Roles and Responsibilities- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including Product Owners and business technology leaders
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to stakeholder engagement and project delivery
- Provide regular status updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership and clients
- Resolve conflicts and issues within Scrum teams to maintain productivity and project momentum
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and project teams to enhance Agile capabilities and team performance
