We’re looking for a field tech ii to join our team.

responsibilities
  • diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and pos systems.
  • install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
  • deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
  • maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
skills & qualifications
  • strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
  • electromechanical experience a plus.
  • proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
  • physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
wage range

the hourly rate for this position is between $16.50 - $24.20 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
