This is a pivotal, high‑visibility role supporting the MD and C‑Suite towards driving strategy, governance, delivery excellence, and cross‑functional alignment across a complex technology landscape.
The ideal candidate brings a strong IT background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels. Experience in IT Quality, Testing, or Technology Governance will be a significant advantage.
About the RoleThe Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and operational anchor for the Enterprise IT leadership team. You will orchestrate priorities, streamline communication, and ensure alignment across programmes, teams, and business units. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, understands the nuances of enterprise technology, and can translate vision into structured, measurable execution.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives, operational planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Quality and Programme Delivery
- Lead governance rhythms including leadership meetings, reporting cycles, KPIs, and executive communications
- Act as a central liaison between IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership
- Support portfolio oversight, ensuring programmes remain aligned to strategic priorities and quality standards
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements across processes, tooling, and communication
- Provide structure, clarity, and decision‑making support to senior leaders
- Champion quality, testing excellence, and continuous improvement across the IT organization
- Drive alignment on budgets, resource planning, and organizational design
- Strong background in Information Technology, ideally within enterprise‑scale environments
- Experience working across multiple IT domains (Engineering, Testing, Quality, Architecture, PMO, etc.)
- Proven ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex environments
- Experience in IT Quality, Testing, or Governance is highly desirable
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes with clarity and confidence
