This position requires a highly motivated person to assist in the day to day execution of a(n) account(s). The Supervisor will be responsible for activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. This individual will learn and embody Zenith’s vision of Live ROI as a mantra and manage several direct reports.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and digital video for CPG clients, Linear TV experience is a bonus
- Manage relationships with media vendors and partners, evaluate RFP’s, negotiate rates and placements to maximize client value
- Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reporting
- Training/Support for Assistant Buyers and Buyers in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research
- Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients
- Experience in media investments attached to marketing sponsor ships
- Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. audio, display, video, social, dOOH
- Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value
- Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations
- Act as liaison between Investment and Content team for marketing partnership activations
- Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines
- Display leadership qualities to manage and guide buying team
- Interact with Strategy team to ensure client goals and deliverables are met
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 3+ years of digital media buying experience (video experience a bonus)
- Experience buying digital campaigns and ability to confidently present these to clients
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
- Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
- Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
- Experience with Prisma and DCM preferred

Compensation Range: $75,050- $120,159 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
