We are seeking a highly technical and visionary Principal Architect, Analytics AI/ML Platform Engineering. This individual contributor role demands deep expertise in designing, developing, and managing data and analytics platforms across multi-cloud hybrid infrastructures. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with a strong background in cloud-native architectures, data engineering, and platform scalability.
** What You'll Bring:
*** Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes.
* Experience with data lake and data warehouse technologies:
Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, Azure Synapse.
* Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks:
Apache Airflow, dbt, Informatica.
* Proficiency in programming languages:
Python, Java, Scala, SQL.
* Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks:
Apache Spark, Hadoop.
* Experience with real-time data streaming:
Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Azure Event Hubs.
* Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools:
Terraform, Cloud Formation.
* Strong understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments.
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools:
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
* Knowledge of data governance frameworks and tools:
Collibra, Alation.
* Understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 15+ years of experience in data engineering and platform development.
* Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms in multi-cloud environments.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
** Impact You'll Make:
*** Architect and implement scalable data and analytics platforms across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
* Lead the design and development of cloud-native data pipelines, storage solutions, and analytics services.
* Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements.
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
* Establish best practices for data governance, metadata management, and data quality.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
* Drive automation and Dev Ops practices for continuous integration and deployment of data services.#LI-KJ1
