Overview

Camping World is looking for a data‑savvy and results‑driven Data Analyst to support our Digital Product Manager team. In this role, you will leverage data from our RV sales websites, e‑commerce platforms, and internal tools to generate insights that directly influence product strategy, user experience, and digital innovation. You’ll help drive measurable impact through rigorous analysis, testing, and storytelling.

This is a highly collaborative role where your contributions will shape the digital customer journey and optimize performance across our web and e‑commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze website and e‑commerce data to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Track conversion rates, funnel performance, and engagement across RV sales and e‑commerce websites.
  • Build, manage, and optimize dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to monitor KPIs and product performance.
  • Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics to uncover predictive patterns and develop hypotheses.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to inform feature development and optimize the digital experience.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Present analytical findings and performance evaluations to stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and technology.
  • Clearly communicate complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Digital Product Management team.
Tagging & Governance
  • Streamline data collection methods and automate routine reporting tasks.
  • Establish and enhance tagging governance and strategy to ensure accurate user behavior tracking, data integrity, and reporting consistency.
  • Implement new tags and events on websites to improve data collection and support advanced analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets in Google Big Query or similar cloud platforms.
  • Strong skills in data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
  • Experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) strategic planning or similar tagging tools.
Professional Attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or product analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Pay Range:

$69,825.00-$ Annual
