Your Impact as A Data Analytics Manager
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for providing strategic analytics, project management, thought leadership, and data governance across the Global Contact Center and management of the data and analytics team within. The Data Analytics Manager will report to the Global Workforce Management (WFM) and Data Analytics Leader within the Global Contact Center.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading the Data and Analytics team in executing the following key functions:
You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:
- 3+ years of Contact Center Experience
- 2+ years of business analytics.
- 1+ years of data governance and data management leadership that required coordination with Contact Center Leaders, Workforce Management, and Business leadership teams.
- 2+ years designing and developing Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards.
- 2+ years providing insightful analytics, actionable solutions, and improved outcomes across various stakeholder levels, including executive leaders.
- Demonstrated experience and success in being results driven, self-motivated, and “go-get” mentality to positively influence change.
- Ability to partner across different lines of businesses and respective leadership to understand business challenges, pain points, and data gaps with comfort in exploring big data and develop creative solutions.
- Expert problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Influential team player with solid communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- 2+ years of SQL, Python, R, and data preparation/wrangling
- Firm understanding of dashboard performance optimization
- Experience with the following Contact Center and CRM platforms – Nice/InContact, Verint, Genesys, Broadsoft, Looker, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Data Bricks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
