We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights to various departments within the company. You will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, customer feedback, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to different departments
• Identify trends and patterns in data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Continuously monitor data quality and identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and make recommendations for improvement
• Participate in data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data governance and data management best practices is a plus
