** Senior Associate in RSM’s Advanced Analytics and AI Consulting practice**, you will help clients transform their businesses through the power of data, machine learning, and AI. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end AI and analytics solutions, spanning data integration, modeling, visualization, and applied AI use cases.

This is a
** client-facing, technical consulting role
** that offers the opportunity to build hands-on expertise with modern cloud data and AI technologies while helping shape the next generation of intelligent business solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical skill, curiosity, and a consulting mindset, able to bridge data science with business outcomes.
** Key Responsibilities
** You will collaborate closely with RSM’s Advanced Analytics and AI Consulting team to:
* Design, develop, and implement
** machine learning and AI models
** using Python, R, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Services.
* Support
** Generative AI and AI Agent projects**, contributing to prompt design, data preparation, and model evaluation.
* Conduct
** exploratory data analysis
** and build features to support model training and business insights.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data and AI solution design.
* Develop
** data pipelines and analytics solutions
** using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse.
* Build and maintain
** data visualizations and dashboards** (e.g., Power BI) to communicate results effectively.
* Contribute to
** project documentation, quality assurance, and testing**, ensuring accuracy and scalability of deliverables.
* Work collaboratively across teams, including Data Engineering, Digital Services, and Advisory, to deliver holistic client outcomes.
** Basic Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
** Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field**.
* ** 3+ years of professional experience
** in data analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence solution development.
* Strong proficiency in
** Python and/or R
** for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
* Demonstrated experience with
** data visualization
** and
** business intelligence
** tools (Power BI preferred).
* Familiarity with
** Azure cloud data services
** such as Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Analysis Services.
* Working knowledge of
** SQL
* * and data integration processes.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.
* Passion for using
** AI and advanced analytics to solve real business problems**.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with
** Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry,
** or
** Azure OpenAI Service**.
* Experience with Copilot Studio.
* Exposure to
** LLMs, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
** patterns.
* Experience with
** data modeling
** and modern data architectures.
* Familiarity with
** MLOps**, model evaluation, or model monitoring.
* Experience working in
** cross-functional consulting teams
** or client-facing projects.
